Evan A. Gattozzi

(he/him)
Senior Project Manager

I believe that not only what we do matters, but how and why we do things matters, as well. Our company values –   curiosity, integrity, compassion, and the pursuit of social justice – reinforce for me how and why we, at Informing Change, partner with nonprofit and philanthropic organizations to pursue ongoing learning that informs strategy and addresses our societal problems at a systemic level.

I’ve had the incredible opportunity to learn from colleagues in the field for over a decade and to translate that learning into my work at Informing Change, where I facilitate teams. My teams rely on me to guide them as we work together to develop approaches that meet our clients’ needs and solve clients’ challenges. These challenges are often complex and require insight from multiple vantage points, which means my role as Senior Project Manager, analyst, and facilitator is to convene and guide multifaceted groups in digging deep to get to the root of an idea or insight, all while considering the larger systemic context.

In my spare time, you can find me hiking (preferably by the ocean) with my dog or Olympic weightlifting.
