Evan A. Gattozzi

(he/him)
Senior Associate

I believe that not only what we do matters, but how we approach and carry out the things we do matters, too. This bridge between the “what” and the “how” has shown me, in working with nonprofits as a volunteer, employee, and consultant for over a decade, the impact a successful program can have, and what an equitable and healthy organizational structure can look like.

I’ve translated what I’ve learned to my work at Informing Change, where I facilitate teams. My teams rely on me to guide them as we work together to develop approaches that meet our clients’ needs and solve clients’ challenges. These challenges are often complex and require bringing together multiple perspectives on our team, which means my role as a project manager, analyst, and facilitator is to push my teammates to dig deep and get to the root of an idea or insight, all while also looking at the larger systemic context.

In my spare time, I think about structure and power, and can be found coaching my community as a personal trainer.
