Thank You, Anjie!

By Informing Change

For nearly three decades, Informing Change has endured and evolved through numerous leadership and ownership transitions, a global pandemic, and entrenched forces opposing our pursuit of curiosity, integrity, compassion, and social justice. It’s never a smooth ride, but our history in successfully addressing seasons of change gives us confidence in our ability to navigate the next one.

Our latest season of change is bittersweet, as we bid farewell this month to Anjie Rosga, one of our Partners and Co-Executive Directors. Anjie has been a wonderful colleague and friend for over a decade, and we are immensely appreciative of the daily expertise, leadership, and visionary contributions Anjie has brought to our team.

While we are sad to see Anjie go, we could not be more excited for her as she assumes a dynamic new role later this month as Deputy Director of the Center for Evaluation Innovation (CEI).

In Anjie’s Own Words

“I will deeply miss working with my Informing Change teammates every day, but I know we’ll still be working together as part of a larger whole. The company’s legacy predates me and will continue long after I’ve moved on, growing and changing with Michael and Gail’s leadership. I am grateful for the opportunity to open a human connecting portal between these two values-aligned organizations in our field, and I trust that our synergies will help us both enhance our contributions to the field.”

As with our previous owners—like Jill Blair and Fay Twersky—and other Informing Change alumni who continue building and growing the network of learners, thinkers, and doers in our field, Anjie’s new role will enable her to do the same. We also know the door will be open for working together with Anjie in the future.

What does this mean for Informing Change? Our priorities remain the same: We will continue pursuing our company values of curiosity, integrity, compassion, and social justice. Our focus and resolve on racial and intersectional equity have only deepened in 2025, opening new opportunities and collaborations with those standing in solidarity in the face of ongoing and persistent attacks on the values we hold closest. We remain committed to quality work and engagement with the aim of building and strengthening our equitable future and a just present.

Michael Arnold and Gail Camacho

Effective September 15, 2025, Michael Arnold will become our sole Executive Director and continue co-leading and owning the firm with our Chief Operating Officer, Gail Camacho. As our Ownership Team moving forward, Michael and Gail will continue building on the foundation they built with Anjie, which in turn was borne out of the legacy and endurance left by our late former CEO, Ellen Irie, and the unconditional support offered by her husband, Don.

As we send Anjie off—along with our outgoing Pawject Manager, Blue—we thank her for the key role she has played in shaping and instilling the above priorities and values that our team will continue to carry forward in Informing Change’s next era. Please join us in wishing Anjie all the best in her new season at CEI!
