Operations Manager

I have dedicated my career to working for organizations that strive to create positive social impact and am inspired by Informing Change’s mission to use data to help organizations achieve their vision for a better world. I came to Informing Change because its values – integrity, intelligence, compassion, and the pursuit of social justice – are values that are closely aligned with mine.

I enjoy managing projects and get excited about streamlining and improving processes, two skills I rely on as Operations Manager. I enjoy learning how things work, asking questions, and thinking of ways that things can be better. I also strongly believe that people are one of the most important assets of any organization, and investing in the growth and development of staff is essential to the growth and development of the organization itself, which is why I ensure our staff have the support and resources they need to do their best work. My role includes everything from managing our hiring and onboarding, to organizing staff events, to overseeing our office space.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling as much as possible!
