I was initially drawn to Informing Change because of our mission-driven and impact conscious research model. As I continue to grow my own research practice and philosophy, I am inspired by the team’s dedication to “doing no harm” and “adding value and doing with care.”

As an Associate, I’ve supported many projects on local housing policies, environmental justice, post-secondary education, and more. When conducting focus groups, writing reports, or analyzing data in R, I bring an eagle-eye view to making sense of data, helping me bridge what can appear to be seemingly disparate stories on the surface.

Outside of the office, you can find me petting the outdoor cats of the East Bay, rock climbing, or hiking around California’s beautiful parks.
