I believe that knowledge is power; sharing that knowledge, and therefore that power, is why I work at Informing Change.
When we listen to each other’s stories, we have more tools and perspectives to imagine and make real the world we want. It’s my job, as Communication Manager to support our analysts in sussing out the stories behind our data, so our clients can understand the change they are a part of and build and grow from it. Whether I’m reporting on data for a client or sharing lessons we’ve learned across projects, I listen, facilitate, and and tap the power of language to share our work in clear and meaningful ways.
I find as much joy in using active language as I do in living an active life: on weekends, find me somewhere in an East Bay Regional Park with my pup, Milo.
