Inti Chomsky

Research Assistant

Contributing to positive social change is my passion. In particular, I am interested in how philanthropies and nonprofits implement programs and strategies to create lasting pathways toward social justice. The drive to understand the perceived and intended effects of these efforts motivates and energizes me on a daily basis. In my role as a Research Assistant I work on project teams to collect, analyze, and present data and findings in a thorough, seamless and organized manner—I make certain the how we do our work speaks to the why behind our work.

My personal experience growing up in Nicaragua and Mexico coupled with my professional experience in underserved communities in the US has prepared me to provide insights that support our clients’ efforts while creating a deeper understanding of the forces that drive social inequity and our role in empowering communities to thrive.

When I am not in the office, I am usually cooking, reading, or taking long bike rides in the Oakland hills, soaking in the Bay Area’s beauty.
