I believe that people and systems are constantly changing and learning. When we use data strategically and collaboratively, we can navigate and contribute to change for the better.
Informed by over a decade of partnership with nonprofits, media strategists, media-makers, foundations, government entities and academic institutions, this belief drives me as a strategic learning partner, analyst, and project manager. In these roles, I work collaboratively with others to strengthen the capacity of organizations, communities, and individuals dedicated to informing and changing systems and policies that perpetuate inequity.
In my day-to-day work I integrate a flexible, inclusive, and humble approach, drawing upon knowledge, perspective, and skills I’ve cultivated as a social policy analyst, mixed methods researcher and in-house evaluator. Our clients and project teams rely on me to hold the big picture as well as the small—often shifting—elements of our work together. With each engagement I ensure quality, integrity, and open communication. Ultimately, everything I do is in service of strengthening our clients’ capacity for learning, enhancing their strategies for meeting the needs of their target constituencies, and sharing their stories of contribution and impact.
When I am not strategically learning, I can be found hiking in the hills with my family, jogging with my dog, rock climbing, enjoying coffee and pastries, or chasing after my toddler.
