Organizational change has always piqued my interest: how do people come together to envision and pursue a more equitable future, and what does that mean for the status quo? Through my experiences as a student and researcher in higher education, I’ve developed a passion for working with others to advance participatory approaches to social change.
After previously studying how diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives have been shaping the organizational cultures of elite colleges, I joined Informing Change because of the team’s commitment to, and follow-through of, its values of intelligence, integrity, compassion, and the pursuit of social justice. As a Research Assistant, I support project teams by collecting and analyzing data, communicating with clients, and organizing internal processes. It is been an incredible experience to work with like-minded colleagues who are dedicated to equipping our clients with the tools and knowledge necessary to empower themselves, their communities, and society at large.
Outside of the office, you can find me exploring the Bay Area through its many cafes (as a lover of coffee) or its music scene (as a former conservatory student).
