In her role at Informing Change, Andrea supports client projects in a number of ways, particularly through assisting with quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis as well as with survey programming and administration.
Previously, Andrea worked in a research capacity at Lyft, a technology startup in San Francisco. There, she helped build a team that synthesized customer insights into product recommendations and actionable items for the rest of the company and worked closely with the user experience research team. Prior to Lyft, Andrea had the opportunity to work at the nonprofit organization Kiva Microfunds through a full-time internship, helping grow the Kiva Zip pilot program and supporting entrepreneurs in both the United States and Kenya through crowd-funded microloans.
Andrea holds a BA in International Studies with focuses in both International Economics and Latin American studies from the University of San Francisco. Outside of her academic studies, Andrea is also a trained singer in both classical and musical theater technique with ten years of study under her belt.
